One Year Remote Support

The one year remote support, includes total of 12 hours of support!

The charge of technical support remotely done by the hour. The minimum billing amount corresponds to one hour. This means that if the technician stay connected or one hour to solve the problem on your computer or 10 minutes will be charged the minimum charge which is 60 minutes. If the technician have 90 minutes to solve the problem, then the charge will be for 120 minutes (2 hours technical remote support).

The cost of remote technical support must be prepaid.

How do I Remote Support
 

1.      Contact us first and describe our problem to advise you about whether the problem can be resolved with remote technical support or technical visit to your place or ours space.
2.      Make the purchase of the service.
3.      Follow the installation instructions for the specific program, which will be sent to you by email after olokirosi your purchase.
4.      Wait to call you for the connection.

(12 months after your purchase, the service is canceled also the available hours)
