The charge of technical support remotely done by the hour. The minimum billing amount corresponds to one hour. This means that if the technician stay connected or one hour to solve the problem on your computer or 10 minutes will be charged the minimum charge which is 60 minutes. If the technician have 90 minutes to solve the problem, then the charge will be for 120 minutes (2 hours technical remote support).

The cost of remote technical support must be prepaid.
